The Legend of Heroes: Trails Through Daybreak II Launches Two Demos for PS4® and PS5® Today!

Continue the Story in the Highly Anticipated Sequel and Enter Märchen Garten Today

NIS America, Inc. is excited to share that a story demo and a gameplay demo for The Legend of Heroes: Trails Through Daybreak II are available now exclusively on PlayStation® 4, PlayStation® 5, ahead of its release on 14 February.

Players can now play through the beginning of the thrilling second installment in the highly-acclaimed Trails Through Daybreak saga, with all save data carrying over to the main game upon release.

Story Demo

Play from the start of the game through the Overture. Save data carries over to the main game. Three months after the events of Trails through Daybreak, Van Arkride is once again woken up by a knock on his door – this time by an old friend– Elaine Auclair. It seems there is a mysterious “Crimson Grendel” terrorizing Edith that is somehow linked to Van. Meanwhile, Swin and Nadia are in Calvard’s capital Edith searching for a certain someone.

Gameplay Demo

Play through two floors of the multi-floor dungeon Märchen Garten with two different, pre-selected parties. Save data does not carry over to the main game.
The Märchen Garten is an optional area that exists outside of the game world that allows equipment, level gains, and other bonuses obtained within to be used in the main game. Players can build their dream team from a roster of over 15 characters to challenge randomized floors and take part in various side activities and minigames.

About the game:
