Grand Kingdom Limited Edition Europe OST Issue

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we regret to inform you that there has been a manufacturing error at our packing facility which has affected the following products;

- Grand Kingdom Limited Edition for PS Vita
- Grand Kingdom Limited Edition for PS4

It has come to our attention that the Limited Editions were incorrectly packed with the 5-track soundtrack sampler CD, "First Call," instead of the 15-track original soundtrack, "Call to Arms." 
Customers who purchased the Limited Edition version of the game and incorrectly received the 5-track soundtrack sampler CD "First Call," are eligible for a disc replacement. Please click here to access the European Limited Edition OST Replacement Form.
NOTE: Customers who have purchased the Limited Edition or Grand Edition of the game at our NISA Europe Online Store do not need to fill out the OST Replacement Disc Form, as we will be manually fixing each order. This may slightly affect delivery times, and we would like to sincerely thank you for your patience.

 

We will continue to keep everyone informed regarding the shipping time for the affected orders.

In addition to this we will also be extending the one-time free download period for the launch day Lord’s Set DLC until 17th July in Europe.
